Responsibilities

• Wave Travelers acts as an intermediary between travelers and independent suppliers such as airlines, hotels, transport companies, and tour operators.

• We are not responsible for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or irregularity resulting from acts or omissions of suppliers or third parties.

• Travelers are responsible for meeting visa, passport, vaccination, and entry requirements for their destinations.

• It is the traveler’s duty to verify travel details, documents, and information before departure.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellations, medical expenses, accidents, and loss or damage of luggage.

Changes to Itineraries or Services

• Wave Travelers reserves the right to modify itineraries, services, or prices when necessary for reasons beyond our control.

• If a significant change occurs before departure, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer alternatives or refunds when applicable.
